Play the BTF lottery

We've teamed up with Unity Lottery, the nation's charity lottery, to offer you a chance to win £25,000 every week!

What's more, by playing you'll also be helping us to support people across the UK living with thyroid disease. The more people who play the BTF lottery, the more funds we'll receive to support our work.

How it works

For every £1 spent - 50p (50%) comes directly to us as profit. The other 50% is split between the prize pot (18.4 or 18.4%) and Unity Lottery administration costs (31.6 p or 31.6%).

For just £1 a week you will be allocated your unique six-digit Unity Lottery number which remains yours for as long as you wish to keep playing. You can purchase more than one number if you wish. Every Friday the lucky winners are selected at random and prize cheques are issued and posted directly to you, so there's no need for you to claim. Winners have to match 3, 4, 5 or 6 digits of the winning number in the correct place in the sequence.

  • 6 digits in the right place wins £25,000
  • 5 digits in the right place wins £1,000
  • 4 digits in the right place wins £25
  • 3 digits in the right place wins 5 entries into the next draw

There are four prizes each week. You have a 1 in 63 chance of winning a prize!

BTF is guaranteed to receive 50p of every £1 played in the lottery. So by taking part in the lottery not only will you have a chance of winning a cash prize you will be supporting BTF and making a difference!

How does playing the lottery support the BTF?

Last year our lottery players raised a fantastic £2,158 for the BTF. This money directly supports our work informing and supporting people affected by thyroid disorders. This is an illustration of how playing the BTF lottery makes a difference:
