The Great North Run 2026

Take part in the world's largest half-marathon and raise vital funds for our work.

We have five charity places available in the GNR 2026. These places won't hang around though, so please register your interest on the link below. We'll put your name on our list and let you know whether you've been successful by early November.

How much do you need to raise?

As a BTF runner, we offer you a reduced rate of £30 registration fee and you will need to raise a minimum of £350.00 for our work.

How we can support you

We'll be here with you all the way! As a BTF fundraiser, we'll help you to set up a fundraising page on our secure platform. We'll also send you a BTF running vest or T-shirt once you have raised £50 towards your overall fundraising goal and lots of tips on how to boost your fundraising. And we can help you promote your fundraiser on social media.
