I decided to challenge myself while raising as much money as possible for the British Thyroid Foundation by completing 2000 burpees and 50k of running in 10 days. I wanted to push myself as living with a thyroid condition myself, I know how hard it is to move and have enough energy for daily tasks let alone working out, I wanted to show that it is possible but it is also a lot of hard work, determination, and sometimes pushing your own limits.
