There are currently several new treatments in development for Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). We hope that these will translate into medicines that are available to patients in the near future.

Clinical trials testing these treatments are being set up throughout the UK and some centres are looking to recruit patients who may be eligible to participate in their studies. If you would like to find out whether you are eligible to take part in any of the trials advertised on this page, please contact the individual study sites or discuss with your healthcare team. The BTF does not receive funding for putting details of these trials on our website.

Are you a researcher or clinician running a TED clinical trial in your hospital? To share details about your study with patients who may be eligible for recruitment, please email [email protected]
