Read what our experts say To support you we worked with a fantastic range of experts in endocrinology, science, psychology, nutrition and exercise physiology. With their help we curated a programme, specifically tailored for people with a thyroid condition. Back in 2023 we shared these resources as a 12-week programme and, during that time, hundreds of patients used it.
