The London Marathon was an absolutely amazing experience! I enjoyed every minute from start to finish. I’ve always wanted to complete a marathon and after being diagnosed with Thyroid cancer I was more determined than ever to do it! When

I got a place in the London marathon I decided I would like to fundraise for the British Thyroid Foundation which offered me support during my thyroid cancer diagnosis. I’m so happy that now my cancer is gone I can fundraise and help this wonderful cause that helps and supports anyone with a thyroid condition.

 My family are an amazing support to me and it was lovely to see them cheering me on through the marathon
