Catherine was first diagnosed in 2015 around the birth of our eldest daughter. There have been so many challenges including a thyroidectomy in 2021 after finding potentially cancerous growths, the constant battle to find exactly the right dose of medication, and the constant fatigue.

Despite all this Catherine is incredibly selfless. She is a wonderful Mother to our 3 children, organises a busy family, works as a teacher and tutor, is head of the local school PTA and always makes time for others no matter her fatigue.
